The 6th Street II project is a mid-century modern residence built in 1963.  The original house is still intact and looks pretty much as it was built.

 

However, the new owner wants a more up-to-date home with a larger primary bedroom, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, larger kitchen that opens up to the back yard, and an attached garage. The remodel/addition will add the garage in the front of the house and a new kitchen and primary bath off the back.
